A wide range of materials can be processed including low carbon, alloy steels, stainless, brass, copper, bronze, malleable and plastics. Typical items worked include cold headed, hot formed, forgings, machined parts stampings, screw machine, wire forms and castings.
The Quality of our service and the ability to meet the delivery dates that our clients require is of paramount importance. We pride ourselves in the ability to provide a high standard of service to all our customers. To this end we provide regular training to all our employees from the date they join our organization. This is regularly reviewed with additional training as required.
We maintain detailed lot traceability through integrated shop floor, data collection, and real-time statistical process control, thereby assuring Fastener Quality Act conformance. Process monitoring occurs through integrated workcenter stations, allowing analysis at all levels. Individualized quality reporting and monitoring can be arranged to meet any requirements.
